SMART911: Welcome to Smart911, Lexington County!
We are excited to introduce Smart911 to our community! Smart911 allows you to create a personal safety profile that provides vital information to our 911 dispatchers in case of an emergency.
By creating a Smart911 account, you can:
Your Smart911 profile can include as much or as little information as you choose, and it will automatically display to our dispatchers when you call 911, enabling them to assist you more effectively.

CodeRED: With CodeRED, state and local agencies can deliver geo-targeted, time-sensitive information to individuals who have registered to receive alerts. Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, voice, mobile app push notifications, IPAWS and more depending on the severity of the situation. If you need an officer for a non-emergency response, please contact your local law enforcement agency by calling their published telephone number.
If you call 9-1-1 and do not have an emergency, please tell the operator. If you do not speak with an operator to tell us you don't have an emergency, we will have to send a Police officer to make sure. If we send help where no help is needed, we may not have units available to respond to real emergencies.
